MP4 - Crash at the openning

Hello,
I've got a problem, I can't go to maniaplanet anymore. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, to restart but it still crash at the lauching. I tried to launch with steam and without, with the launcher, as an administrator but still with the same result.
I don't think it comes from my computer but Here is my configuration :
Windows 7 professionnal 64bits
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4200M CPU @ 2.5GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.5GHz
4096MB RAM
DirectX 11
AMD Radeon HD 8690M / Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
