CP's showing incorrect times

Greetings,

I have noticed that when you play Single map in local play that your times sometimes just don't show correct times. It will say that I'm +8.45 behind but in replay I will be +0.1 behind. It also happens that It will say that I'm ahead tho in replay I'm actually behind. This is bothering me so much... If I play map over and over again with same lines and I get lead of -0.3 how is it possible that at the finish I lose to like +0.5. Something isn't working correctly can someone else confirm this as well please!
