Respawning

Hi all.

Am I just being stupid or is there some reason I cannot respawn back at the beginning but only at the last checkpoint? It is really irritating. You could do it in TM1. I cannot see any options in config.

Any ideas?

You have to press the "Delete" or "Backspace" key

The Give Up option is for some reason in the same menu that has camera controls and stuff like that. Don't know why, but it's not in a spot you'd expect it.

Seems a very strange place to put it but at least I can find it and set it to a button on my pad now.
