Medal ghosts in Canyon not visible on certain tracks

Hi, I just noticed this the other day, the medal ghosts that you race against don't show up on certain tracks in the game, I'm playing the Canyon environment and they showed up until about 3 days ago, nearly got all gold medals on the D tracks, only ghost I can race against is my replay ghost, the bronze,silver and gold don't show.
