)First of all, the game lags a lot even though I barely have any windows / programs opened on my pc. It worked perfectly before (tested today as well).
Seconds of all, speed changes are Hugh, especially on grass and dirt maps which leads to the third problem.
Lastly, there will be many new records in this game that completely ignore the previous ones as happened before and also, for some reason on some computers as I've talked to others the speed changes happen, yet on others including my pc when you drive it's just like before (which is bad because if there are any changes, you should force them for everyone). Nothing had changes even after the update.
My suggestion as I believe many others would say at this point is to return to the latest version where everything seemed to work pretty well.
It is also the most fair solution for time, skill and bugs reasons.
