Keyboard Problem - to slow

i had this problem long time ago in TMNF there was a time i cannot drive fast as the other people and no PF tracks.
I asked to the round and some other player told me about tthey had the same problem and advices me to reinstall game.

Now i have this problem again in TM2 Stadium and Canyon !
I cannot play any PF tracks singleplayer and multiplayer. And in multiplayer i am much slower than all others on a straight road.I tried to drive a track ive driven last week there it was working ... now i ccrash while the PF part.

How to fix this and how could this happen ?

TL;DR: the games evolve and so does the physics engine. Therefore, PF tracks can't be guaranteed to work after (major) updates.
