[BUG] Bloom and Blur

you should really remove/disable bloom and blur from standard settings or from the whole game.
It was problematic from the beginning.

Best example is Stadium, if you dont disable blur/bloom the white/light flashing when you come out of a dark part is so heavy that you cannot see anything.

But most ppl. dont know that. It really impact the gaming experience especially for new players.
