The only way to edit items currently in Title Pack Edit is using the Item Editor, and Custom Blocks are not editable at all.
Edit: Seems that you can just click "Add new custom block" to edit Custom Blocks.

Edit: I clicked "Add new custom block" to edit my custom block. Ok
