i delete my records

i press a button by mistake and just like that ALL my records with all 4 cars on 5 minute online races are gone. i comment on steam, i chat with ubisoft but nobody really cared...
i know its my mistake but they have to disable this button. its useless (who wants to delete records...) its in-game so it can be pressed by mistake, the confirmation is trasparent and with tiny letters and theres no turning back.
i played everyday, i managed to achieve a dozen of 1st places in 2 laggoon enviroments which i cannot reproduce so easily, so i will give up online. i just cant play on tracks i know i used to have a record im not gonna do again, it took ages to achieve cause im not a top player just persistent and frankly it destroyed my will to do it again...
still if something magical can happen to bring my records back i would be happy!!!!!

Which records are you talking about? The ones in the channels?

my solo xampaign records are intact.
i havent checked my ''unofficial'' online ones but i dont care about those so much

This sounds quite weird and i never heard of any way that someone can simply delete their online records by accident with just one button oO

So you want me to believe there is a button on your keyboard/pad that insta-deletes all online records from yourself? I reeeally doubt that!

Maybe your records got beaten pretty fast? i mean there are a lot of people playing on the different channels each day and sometimes even strong drivers play there so there is a high chance your records simply got demolished by those players.

Anyway, you shouldn't get yourself down on the fact that your records are gone. See it as opportunity to try again! That's the point in Trackmania after all!

sorry for my bad english. what i meant to write is that i accidentally press the disable records button that is next to view details button when playing. idk if button is the right word but you can click it like i did. you have to press tab to see the best 10 times and underneath them are these two ''buttons''. or you can wait until the 5 minute game finish and then without pressing tab, are on screen for 5-10 seconds until the next track starts. i was trying while playing to press the details button instead. 2nd mistake was that i press yes instead of no in the confirmation. i thought i pressed yes but even though the letters are small i should have known better. anyway i was stupid for 2 seconds which erase my 2 years of playing... i played everyday btw so no i didnt get beaten without me noticing. strange as it was to me my first places in laggoon lasted for some time now.

in live channel game when you press tab you can see the top 10 times and in the same window at the bottom it has 2 buttons. disable records and view details.

While I understand the frustration, channels didn't have records until 4.1 came along, so that's definitely not 2 years worth of records.

true. 2 years since i discovered and bought all trackmania games and practice every day since. when the live channel play came i was ready for good laps! until last friday...
anyway nobody give me a hint of what can i do.
i play steamworld dig 2 instead which is fantastic but still...

As far as i can understand your problem you just have to re-enable the tab again. Now i don't know the command for that but i'm sure other people can tell you that in chat or even in this post.

The thing is you bolster this up way too much. You still have the records. You just can't see them now. Other people can still see your records if i got that right so...where is the problem again? Nothing happened except you turning off a simple UI thing oO Your records were never gone, just hidden!
