[NOBUG] [SOLVED] PyPlanet 0.6.4 BUG Pools / Dedimania

Post by SK »

Hi, i have a problem on a fresh installed Pyplanet instalation.
Im running five Servers with one PyPlanet instance.
After installing i was trying to configurate the Dedimania app on every server.
after finishing the first Server, i switched to the second and there i saw the Dedimania account from Server1.
Then i changed it to the right Dedimania login and switched to the third Server, here i saw the Dedimania account from Server2.

It seems like, that in the pools configuration i can only have one Dedimania Server account for all Servers.

Is this right ? Will this run properly ?

Okay, did you configure one PyPlanet with several 'pools'? Are you using the same database for all 5 servers? You should use a separate database for every pool.

Thanks,

Yes I have 5 diverent pools in the base.py

On pyplanet 0.6.3 I used one database for all servers and i had a diverent dedimania login on each server.

Now with 0.6.4 I also use one database for all servers. And it does not work.

Ty for the idea to use separate databases for each server / pool, I will try it later.

From the beginning of PyPlanet it’s not possible and not a good idea to share the same database with several instances. The settings (//settings) are shared with all your pool instances because of this and the dedimania settings are the same for all servers because of this

Please try to separate the pool instance databases
