[CRASH] TM² stadium CRASHES ON STARTUP

HI, I have been trying to play TM² on my new computer and aftera year it still doesn't work.
My specs :
I7 7700K
GTX 1060 3GB
Ram : 16gb

The game works sometimes if I just trurn my computer on and start Only TM².
If I open google then close it I won't be able to open TM² or it will crash.
Sometimes I have a message saying your video card performance has not been found.
The game works on my labtop with worse specs...
I don't know what to do I have my graphics drivers updated, directX is also updated. I hve tried to DL maniaplanet files, to delete the game and and install it again,to install it without steam.
Sometimes when I manage to get into a map the game is frozen for 1:30 min until I can move after every CP restart.
