Trackmania Clone

As I was browsing the play store on my phone I stumbled upon a game called Trackracing Online, and one of the pictures inmediatelly caought my eyes as it used one of the Trackmania logo.

After playing a bit, the game realy does look like a very crappy clone of trackmania. The realy problem is, that people seem to actually think that this game has something to do with Trackmania. Some of the reviews seem to actually think that this game has something to do with the people who made TM.
I've seen an other post on the forums about this game from about 4 years ago, and I was wondering if Nadeo might do something about this game, as it could hurt their property.

Wow.
Out of curiosity I googled "Trackracing Online" and clicked on a Youtube gameplay video.
This is what I saw:

It doesn't just look like a crappy ripoff it even says "NADEO" on the checkpoint.
Amazes me what people will do.

yous sure its not from the early mobile version or the wii one, but yes looks suspect to me as well, maybe nadeo could clear it up
