How to prevent disconnection from master server ?

Hi,

I noticed dedicated server may be disconnected after hours of connection with master server for no reason.
What are the rules to be permanently connected ?

Should I create a cron task which reboot server each day or each week ?

Your system is faulty. Our dedicated servers runs for month without disconnects.

Ok thank your for your answer but why don't ManiaPlanet server logs give any reason except the login disconnection ?

Where is your server located?
At your own home? Then it is probably due to the typical daily reconnect of your ISP.
Maniaplanet can't do anything for it, then.

The tweet you are referring to is a) outdated and b) the cause was a memory leak respectively bad memory usage of Maniaplanet, which was fixed this year.

Look for newer messages of Jon right here in the forum instead.

Btw. make sure to use the latest version of the dedicated server, there was an update recently.
