It's not a typical error. But perhaps there is some maintenance at the server hoster side.

You could try the full setup http://files.v04.maniaplanet.com/setups ... upFull.zip but I don't know if this is 100% up to date.

The link is working fine for me, even on the mobile phone.

Perhaps do a factory reset of your router and check if there is a new firmware.

Disable your anti-virus for the check?
Disable any thirdparty plug ins in your browser, and reset the internet connection properties.
Make sure that no proxy is used.

You know that even Maniaplanet uses some web technologies?
If you can't connect to the website then it is most likely that it also does not work in game.

Hello,

Maybe something on your computer is blocking the update.
If you still encounter this issue, could you tell if the downloading of the file below works outside the game: http://maniaplanet4-packages-nadeo.akam ... LT9m_Q.pkg
Could you please install this version and send us your log: http://files.v04.maniaplanet.com/setups ... etLogs.zip?

Thank you :)

This is very strange.
Where are you located?
Is it your own home with dedicated private internet connection? Which router is it?

Did you try with another browser? e.g. Chrome instead of Firefox, or Edge?
Did you try at a friend's home?

Check the settings of your internet connection, eventually reset it, also make sure to disable any stuff like browser plugins you (or some websites) might have installed...
