[Bug] MediaTracker - 2 clips on same trigger position w/ opposite trigger condition = Nothing happen

The title sums it up. I already know that if 2 clips have a same trigger area, there'll be issues as the game can't manage that and only one need to be there. However the new discovery here that imo is a bug and should be fixed: If both of the clips have an opposite condition (e.g.: if clip index 5 triggered for one clip and if clip index 5 not triggered for the other one), it will also not be properly handled. They cancel each other or something.

100% reproducible.
