By default UASECO uses a file named "maplist.txt" ("config/UASECO.xml": <default_maplist>) in the folder which has been configured in "config/UASECO.xml" at <dedicated_installation>. When was the last time where your file "tracklist.txt" has been changed?

EDIT: And what's inside of your "tracklist.txt"?
