[Plugin] Best Times

Hello there,

I made a Plugin for PyPlanet.
It's a simple plugin to get the best 12 times driven this map/round like the best CPs plugin but for a whole lap.
There is also a list to look at all times that are being made.

The top 12 times are overlapping all windows like in the image, but that is because the Best CPs take so much space (when the 18 CPs are showed)

So it could be a great idea to switch the position of both Plugins, to have no problem with it most of the time.

I made a small update with the check if the time has been ignored by the server.
