custom cars and what not ?

Hello, all, I'd like to know if there is a place to up load your tracks, download cars. avatars, and every thing else .
I do know this game has not been out for long but would be nice to have something.

A few of the horns are working from tmuf but not the flashy avatars, only in png files,
that paint don't look all that good when you are racing or when you get a look at the car in game,
And will music stick to a track like a bad smell with out a loc file, or at lest when you upload them in game ?

other than that i love the drifting this game offers
