I just purchased the game for $25.00 USD from your website...

My credit card has been charged. Yet I find NO way to log in to your site or claim my download. I received NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL, to the email i provided as of yet...

I would like to play the game, but I may be forced to call my bank and cancel payments if I do not get an update on where my purchase is, or provided with a download link...

Please consider using a service like steam, gamers gate, green man gaming, direct to drive, because after literally hundreds of purchases using these services over the years, I've yet to encounter a SINGLE issue like the one I am having with your service.
