Can't install the game... or find a support thread

Hello, just purchased the game. I cannot find the thread that was up for this and I don't see it in the stickies...


please send me a PM with the magical fix..

I have all credentials necessary to prove this, the forum registration age gate here is easy to misclick after working a 10 hour day.

Looks like people needing this magical fix have been queued since yesterday, so I can give up on getting into the game tonight.
