[CLOSED] [TM2]Charged bank account, no confirmation email.

Hello,

I just bought Trackmania 2 via http://se-maniaplanet.gamesplanet.com/s ... zQodQkhlfQ and after I had filled in my info(VISA card number, adress etc) and pressed "Bekräfta din order"(Confirm your order) I was forwarded to the entry site http://se-maniaplanet.gamesplanet.com/s ... zQodQkhlfQ again. I did not get forwarded to download the game.

I haven't received any kind of confirmation email but yet my bank account has been charged for 236,50 SEK which is also more than 19,99 EURO that your site claims it costs.

After searching the forums for solutions I have no other option than to contact you here. Otherwise I will have to call my bank to cancel the payment. I hope you can help me out though since I was looking forward to play the game.

Else, please send a mail at Support.maniaplanet.en@gamesplanet.com and explain your problem. Give your transaction number, mail and when you have buy the game.
