Unbinding Keys?

Is there a way to unbind a key? Honking the horn is auto bound to pressing the left stick on my xbox360 controller... which is annoying whenever I take sharp turns since I always end up pressing the stick down at some point.

Bind to a different button on your gamepad or keyboard... then rebind again to the same button/key and the original should go away after the second time.
