TM2 editor mouse issues

Ok so they happening to me again, i am unable to raise or lower blocks ie i cant make tracks, there is nothing wrong with my mouse

i cant seem to find a keyboard solution which was possible in TMU


also id like to add that wallride blocks make my car drop a gear as soon as i touch them for no reason, i always lose time here despite following the path of the guys in front,seems im not the only 1 after complaining about it on a server

-Hardware, gtx570, i5 2500k,8 gig ram, microsoft comfort 3000 mouse
-System, win7 home premium,admin
-Network adsl modem
-Default browser, NA
-Antivirus and firewall, norton
