How to properly create a map pack
Yes, the title says it all. I've now completed several maps I am pleased with, and have tried to no success to create a "pack" to contain some of these maps. Whenever I create one, the pack and packname remains, but it's content are nowhere to be seen. What am I doing wrong?
Re: How to properly create a map pack
Did you create locator files?
Do you have any planets (because it "costs" something to put a package online I guess)?
Did you set some values the others would have to play?
Perhaps you could post a screenshot of what you did?

Re: How to properly create a map pack
All I did was attempt to use the "manage packs" menu in the game. I know nothing more that I have to do in order for it to work. If someone could give an extensive guide, I'd be very glad!
Re: How to properly create a map pack
Can someone explain the idea of creating a map pack?
Is the purpose to assemble a map with a mod and signs without the need of creating locators?
Or is the purpose to assemble several thematically related maps together without needing WinZip?
Or is the purpose only to earn some Planets for a map?
How to play a map pack I received?
Is it possible to test a map pack or view into it before paying so much Planets for it?
Is it possible to share a map pack on Mania Exchange? Why not?
If I add a map to a package, why is it no longer possible to load the map in the editor and change the map?
Is it possible to add a non-maniacredited map pack to a dedicated servers play list?

Re: How to properly create a map pack
Most of these questions are exactly what I was wondering about. I'm picturing it as a thing to do because you want a convenient way to share several themed maps, and maybe earn some planets for them as well.
