[FORUM] How to link TM2 profile to forum profile ?

Hi there, I've been mucking around a bit on my forum profile and "tm2 player page" but for the life of me I can not figure out how to add my TM2 player profile to my forum account here. I've been to the part in the control panel where there's a shiny button to link accounts with ingame information, but the login/password i use for TM2 are not recognized there. What do I do ?

But how come you and a lot of other users can show ingame ingame nick, zone placement, solo and multiplayer rankings then ?
