[fixed] Manager/ChangeAdmin doesnt work

I get an error when i want to add an user as admin in Maniahome.

go to Your Manialinks/the manialink you want an admin. And then press the Red button. It will not work...

Actually the red button shouldn't be here anymore. You can only be admin if you own the Manialink.

Well still it shows and give me the same error if i want to press the red button.

Seems a problem with the ManageAdmin file.

I removed the red button.
