Camera resets view after respawn

Hello all,

I just installed the game and trying to switch camera view to first person (where I cannot see my car).
It works but as soon as I re-spawn or restart map, it reverts back to distant view (I can see my car).

What can I do to permanently set camera view to first person ?

Try changing view using the numpad keys, rather than the "change view" button, which doesn't really seem to work properly.

Yeah, it's exactly as confuseddave said.
You need to select the cam view over the numbers, because if you change the view over the "change view" button, it will be set back to the original chosen view (by the num pad) after a map restart (TA mode) or a new round (cup mode).
Sounds a little silly, but this is how it works ^^
