[TM2][CONNECTION]Can't join any multiplayer servers.

I can see them all in the browser, but as soon as I try to join one I just get stuck on the loading screen, no progress bar or anything. It doesn't freeze, but I can't quit out, or select anything else, so I have to use the task manager to quit, or wait for it to time out, which takes about 5 minutes.
