cant play game

Hi all,

I try my log in, but that does not work, so try to see if I have the right password, but it says my mail wrong ??? I put the mail down that they sent me the bits and bobs when I payed the money. One more think, when I installed the game, it did not ask me for any codes, but the game start up looks right, as it asks for my login and password to start the game, and I put down what I think that are, but nothing.

Have you just purchased the game and not played before?

Did you create an account?
if its the first time you logged in you have to use the "create a new account" option for online

do not use "I already have an account" and try to enter your email that you used to buy the game, you have to create an online login and register a password for that acct.
the next time you start the game this profile will be listed in the game and you just click on it to play.
