Track widths??

I'm new to the whole track designing thing, but one thing I noticed is the tracks i see online, seem so much wider than the tracks i'm laying down. Is this just me, is there an option for this or is there some other magic that determines how wide a track is? It just seems the tracks i've played on seem so much wider for drifting than what i'm able to do in the editor.

Nope,there is no possibillity to edit the width of the blocks.

Well, there is basically 3 ways of making road, there is narrow road, there is normal wide road, and there is concrete blocks which you can use to build wide areas.

And well, everything seems smaller in the editor, it's not until you play the track you made that you discover how freaking huge those blocks are.

Fair enough. The concrete and roads look in the editor as they do in tracks i've seen online and in the solo play, just the race tracks themselves just don't seem as wide to me. Even test running in the editor, the race tracks didn't seem as wide for some reason. Thanks for the replies.
