Upgrade account from TM1 to TM2?

I tried to login with my TM account to be told it's invalid. I tried to create a TM2 account only to be told that it's already associated with TM1. Is there a way for them to be merged?

Also, your forum registration only allowed me 10 character password where my passwords are normally 14 to 16.

You can only use the same account name and password when you create your account and after give your TM² key.

Yeah, just found the forum post about that. Not being able to change your password on either is a bit of a pain! Took me a few tries to remember what it was.

You can change the password once you have created your ManiaPlanet account by clicking on the password field on your profile ingame
