Turning off shadows?

Is there any way I can 100% turn off shadows? Even with them on low quality they make my framerate drop very low. Anybody know of a way I can do this?

Yes you can cut shadows going into the Settings->Advanced before launch the game.
Chose the menu GAME, and find Shadow.
Chose NONE (instead me or only me).

I already have that set to none, I was talking about the shadows option in the display tab.
