Where can I download TM2?

I bought TM2 for beta a few months ago and when my hard drive started to fail I had to send it in for an RMA. So now I do not have TM2 installed anymore and I'm having the hardest time trying to install it again. From the ubi.shop.com neither of the 2 of the accounts that I remember the info for have any orders on them even though I did order through ubi.shop.com. I tried finding the order using the last 5 digits of my credit card and that didn't work either. Is there anyway I can download the client and just login using my account info? I remember getting a link for a downloader when I ordered the game but I can't find the email (If I was ever sent one) about the order.

You can download the setup in your playerpage : http://player.maniaplanet.com for 100 planets. You need your validation code of 5 characters. If you haven't your validation code, you can ask a new validation code with your player key.

Well now it seems none of my typical login's won't work at all. And if I try to get a forgotten password email, it keep telling me none of my usernames exist. Why do I have to provide my username in the first place? All I know is the likely email that it's registered with and the only Trackmania related emails I have in the inbox (i don't delete any of my mail) is for a customer care request number (which was likely for my troubles with pre-paid credit cards) and some Nations Forever email from 3 years ago.

Is there no other way I can recover my account info? It looks like my account must have been deleted or for some reason I used some bizarre login name for mania planet. I still have the credit card info and email I should be able to recover it with that much but I guess not.
