As the subject of the topic says I need to run TM2 Canyon on Ubuntu 11.10 the x64 bit version, is there any other way than wine 'cause I've tried it many times and each time it was in bad quality
so any help is appreciated

No, not really. Stuff like PlayOnLinux is basically just a nice GUI for wine. It's always a good idea to check out the hints on winehq.org, but there aren't any for TM2.

Well, you can always change the settings manually. Just run the ManiaPlanetLauncher.exe instead of ManiaPlanet.
