How could i start? I dont know my password, and i dont rember my username either. when i press FORGOT PASSWORD, i have to enter my username! WHY? Why does it have to be so difficult? And of course, there is no "CONTACT US" button on the homepage! why not??

Agreed ... I think there should also be an ' enter email' option like other games and sites.
