In the MediaTracker (The thing you use to make intro's and outro's) there is a button to record video.

The button is labeled "AVI". So you can put in custom cameras and then hit that button to choose your settings for rendering out a video.

You'll also likely need a codec installed instead of using uncompressed, as uncompressed can use a lot of space.

I use Koepi's XviD codec and choose a very high bitrate. But there's probably other, better, codecs that you can also use.

The answer is: MediaTracker.

You can create video's with camera's/effects using MediaTracker (an in-game feature). You should look up ManiaCreative to find some MediaTracker tutorials if you really can't find out how to work with it.

MediaTracker is an in-game feature which allows the users to create videos using key frames for effects and camera paths. After creating some nice MediaTracker cameras and effects, the user can also record a video out of it.

Most users edit those recorded videos in any video editing program they have, so they can get even more effects on it. After creating the video, you can upload it on YouTube or TM-Tube.
