Question about my page using web service

I am finishing a page that will display stats about trackmania players, my goal being to offers stats for all the maniaplanets games, and i have a few questions.

When a player will search for a user there will be 4 access to the API, so if manage to have 50 users per hour, or users performing differents search (results are cached 1 hour) i may need more than 200 request per hour. Will it be a problem ?
Is it allowed to put an ad on such a page?
I managed to find a rar archive with a few official PNG on the forums, is there another source for official image of maniaplanet? Is it possible to access the presse release archive?

As soon as you encounter that the current rate limit is too low, you may contact gouxim and request a higher limit.
But he will only increase the limit if there is a need for it, and not because you want to have it increased

And you may want to cache the results of the MPWS for at least 24h hours, because the MPWS itself does not update its databases more often
