cant get my account to work

hi who ever reads this i emailed support my information needed to get my loggin info back for retreval so i can log into the game TM2 canyon to play been waiting for a long time almost a month and still no email back and have not herd anything about whats going on i think i have waited long enough i have tried so many times using all my password and usernames i have used throughout the passed time in all the TM games i have played until up to TM2 and non work i really want to purchase the game all over again it would be nonsence to do so a little extra help on this might be very very cool and more awesome thanks
