How do I create a Maniaplanet account?

Like title says how do i create an account? I recently bought TM2 and the download is going INSANELY slow but I cant seem to find where to make an account to actually play when the game is downloaded I go to the player side and see the you haven't registered and then it takes me to another screen telling me how i can buy the game but no place to register? do I register after I install the game? If that's the case Is there another server i can download the game from? 30kb/s is just crazy slow now a days i would like to play this game in this next week

You will create your account directly on the game.

Maybe deactivate your firewall and antivirus or use the Metaboli downloader to download more quickly.
