Many issues, many questions that were brought to nadeo's attention way before this game came out of beta.

Maybe from our perspective there is no need, but for new players there's no harm in adding it especially as the menu UI can be confusing enough in itself.

Doubt you will get a nadeo response, they have a direction they want to take shootmania and won't alter it.
