Woah. If it's actually true that any player, or group of players, can permanently ban any other player from a server, that's not cool...at least it should be a temporary ban of a few hours maybe, or there should be a prerequisite that said player was kicked recently, or an admin OKs the decision.

I think it is mainly because of the scripting possibilities the community has. You are able to create your own titles and sell them for planets. (If you pull all the screens down you see all the available titles. If you click on the plus you can add a new title from your files or create one yoursel...

Xpadder does allow you to bind the sticks to mouse movement, so if you really want to use a gamepad for FPS that works. It's also very convenient and pretty great if you use a gamepad for a lot of PC gaming. It's not free though...and while you can use Joy2Key as a good free keybinder, I'm not sure ...
