I can also say this has been happening to me, and its really annoying. Someone is gonna have to try this in a LAN setting and see if it happens there as well.

I've noticed some hit detection issues on my part. I play with around 100ping on European servers and allot of the times i see a shot hit someone, and the shot stops on my screen as if it hit the person but no hit. It happens allot to me, its not just a couple times, i get it at least once a match.

Yea its really odd, i play BF3 on completely max settings 1080p and get 55-65 fps.

There are the settings i use. I'm running the game in 1080 x 1920.

I'm running a i5, gtx670, and 16gb of ram and i just barely get 60 fps on 16 person servers with everything on low. I can't believe that, tbh. I'm on an i7 with a GTX570 and 8 gigs of ram. With low settings I get 145 fps easily on full servers (maybe more, I'd have to check that with higher max fps...
