From the specs, the 7900 GS should be sufficient as minimum setup.
But due to its limited memory, some extraneous effects, e.g. like the skid marks, could be left off by the game.
However, especially the skid marks need extra memory, since they are created dynamically and stay there for some time.

The skid marks are definitely there in game, at least if you have a more modern video card with enough memory.
I couldn't switch them off at all on my system, actually I could just avoid the smoke.

Only this will change:

Light stadium skid marks and green ones (visible in snow mods) are fixed. The fix will be available in a future update.

You might still want to check the settings of your video driver and of your screen, regarding brightness, contrast, gamma, some "digital vibrance" or "image enhancement" settings, etc.
Perhaps the marks are just not noticeable on your screen?

Do you see the smoke when drifting in Stadium?

I haven't met anyone yet who says the marks are anything more than just barely noticeable for them.

I know this is my own video. I am not wanting to bump it in any way I am just desperate for Nadeo to listen and to take it into serious consideration.

Not to bump this either, but, it would be much more helpful to Nadeo if you posted your settings and a video of what you experience in-game. Although this sounds to be a memory restriction driver side for your older gfx card, time to update
