Mine too.

Did someone say that?

I totally agree with that kind of thinking and wish more people made tracks that way.

Who said it was?

Look, I don't agree or disagree with anyone's feelings about those new blocks. I can't because I haven't used them yet. If I came off a bit irritated it was simply because of the statement

and nothing more. I feel that was uncalled for.
Seeing the picture Omnixor attached I can see how those blocks would be hard to drive on and even though I haven't purchased TM2 Stadium yet I agree that having an alternate style of those blocks to choose from would be nice.

Hundreds of mappers I encountered did very good maps (of all genres) with these new blocks.
there are only ~ 30 "good" mappers around there

so pls i bet you cant say me 20 good tracks made with this blocks

EDIT: there could be waayy better blocks implemented like a curve for sloped plattform (in desert they have this block)

... this block would be way better ... T_T

but anyway they didnt managed to get this fucking block into the game :/

The trench blocks could need a couple of bigger turns yes. That we can agree on.

Personally I find the mix of dirt/asphalt fun to play. But if you want only asphalt then you can blockmix it in there. It doesn't solve the problem of too small turns though.

I have to say I agree 100% with Sapph on this one.
The underground blocks are ..well, rubbish to put it that way.
The 50\50 of tarmac and dirt is just.. it doesn't work, in my opinion.
Make them 100% dirt or 100% tarmac and it'll be fine. Preferably both tho.

I use them in some of my tracks to a small degree, but usually I just avoid them.
Funny thing is that the best use I've found for the underground blocks is to use them as borders for top of ground lines and such things. Not actually driving in them.

But yeah, that's my 2 cents on the matter.
