I really like your idea with... "multiple choice chats". xD
I lack the vocab right now but whatevs.

Maybe if you enable more than one Title, it would be a good idea to have the different Title messages in different colours.

This seems like having similar purpose of what I suggested here but by different means. I describe tool that instead of chatting what user would like to play it will allow users choose options like "I'd play either Siege with players from 6 to 10 or InstaDM with players more than 4 or BattlePro with exactly 6 players". Then the tool would send this to its server, the server gets preferences from all the users, it will group users depending on their preferences and players that are already in servers, and it will suggest them appropriate servers to join. After choosing options user would minimize the tool into tray and just wait notification from the tray icon. The rest is handled automatically.

Comparing to your idea, the drawback is that there is no chat, options kind of strict (only TitlePack/ScriptName, peferrable amount of players, lp limits). The benefit is that you choose what you want quickly, you don't have to follow chat windows, don't have to read someones answers. As long as you are at computer, you can do whatever and you will not miss noficiation from tray icon when server is found.

I like your idea, but when I read 'seperate desktop tool' I instantly wanna say "no"
