Bad welcoming

Hello everyone,

I hope posting at the right place, and my post doesn't even necessitate an answer.

I've been a TM player since Nations, and today I wanted to try Shootmania for the first time.
I went in Elite, where only 10 players were online. Not much indeed.
By total luck, I killed 2 persons, then everyone was like "Aimbot" "Srcript kiddie" "blablabla". Then ban. All this happened in 3mins, I was dying all the time just after that. Then all left server, for no reason since I just got Demo version with no script or anything lol. (is that even possible in SM ? I knew for COD for example but not for SM.)

Anyway, IDK what's wrong with this community, but this all doesn't make me wanting to play again...
And if all players are welcomed this way, community will stay stucked with 10 players connected at same time forever.

To those persons who have hallucinations : please put Vaseline when you're butthurt, don't reject your anger on newbies. thanks.

This is all, sorry but I had to say it, as this story really annoyed me.

Unfortantly I´ve seen something like that as well before. But it is not happening very often, so I think you wre kind of unlucky in this case.

I think you should give ShootMania another try, maybe try another gamemode than Elite, since thats the mode where the most "rage-kiddies" are imo.

I am sure you will notice very fast that the biggest part of the ShootMania-community is very nice!

Its all fine, just find another server or play other modes.
Ive been kicked from elite server many times, they wanted to play with their group and so on

If you like the game, theres nothing stopping you. You have to have thicker skin, people over the internet are assholes, cold faces, sarcastic dicks, but yet some are loving, caring and helping.

The game is what matters, shootmania is a great game.
I wish nadeo reveals some new hype - about SM2 or updates - and gets people active again.
Cool teaser perhaps? I also wish SM2 has more new elements. Lets get this game alive again!

Elite is the worst and most dull mode in ShootMania (also including this mode players).
Go play other more entertaining and competitive modes like Combo, Arena Duel, Siege, Infection or Invasion.

I'm happy to find here comprehensive people.

I did play on Storm just before "the incident" and that is true that players explained me things and were not aggressive at all (even so I was dying all the time).

However, being a League of Legends player I know pretty well Ragers and so on... And I know how the Internet is.
Seriously when you have 10 players on 2 servers active.. No need to have this attitude. I mean, I can understand maybe (maybe!) when it is about a ranked match for a game played by millions of players, but when you're struggling to have a decent community, WTF.

Not knowing what game was what, I started with Storm, then this in Elite, not knowing, was bit frustrating and I stopped my discovery here.

In conclusion, I definitely one day will try the other modes with more attention, apparently this problem is well known and that is sad, and I was just posting there because I though it was worth noticing it. I do not care that much... Only to let here my opinion as a new player.

Its due to this kind of statements and judgements in both forum and in game why i'm searching a other game and community. Its here that lack of respect for anyone's interest in whatever game they like to play.

There should be global game admins with the capabilities to read and manage reports made ingame via game interface and also basic admin rights on servers. A rotating team of active players could be good for it, of course players who behave as they have to under some contract like translators (volonteersx daily players) have.

Something like lol tribunal but working.

Lol no. I'm a mad flamer and always complain about bugs and such... You know, "hylis" hitbox, ghost disapearing rockets, snapshot etc I'm a bad influence for this game

I would say "don't aim at me or you get banned"
