you can reset your password in the game if you don't automatically connect with your account.
If you do, go to the launcher first, press "configure", and there select "Profile: use multiple profiles".

You could also delete your user profile on the disk (yourwindowsusername.Profile.Gbx).
And then you have to enter your login anyways, with the possibilty to ask for new password.

For steam users and uplay users, you will be able to launch Trackmania 2 Lagoon by the same way you had during the beta (through another maniaplanet 2 title).

It would be nicer to be able to launch directly Trackmania Lagoon.
And for our friends on Steam who see that we are playing Lagoon, it is an ad for the game.

And what if I wasn't able to join the beta yet. Can I still get access to TM2 Lagoon for free?

No, I fear not. Actually the registration to the beta was told to be done until May 18th when the beta started.
And now the beta ended, so there is no new access possible.

Fun fact: I am certain I registered for the beta on the player page a while ago, probably before that date. Never got any notification or access to it.
So the beta registration was a raffle for free lagoon?

I don't know and cannot tell what went wrong and why you don't have Lagoon in your titles.
All I know is that Maniaplanet 4 beta testers who own Turbo and registered the Lagoon beta also got Lagoon.
The beta tests were closed tests, first users were chosen by Nadeo, and others could be invited separately.

There was a procedure described, and it was not too complicated after all.
It was not Turbo that had to launch Maniaplanet (because Turbo is a Maniaplanet derivate, after all), you had to install the Shootmania demo in Uplay and launch that.
But now it is too late.

In the meantime I have read some messages from Hylis in this forum.
At the moment, only the Maniaplanet 4 beta and Lagoon beta testers have Lagoon "for free for some time".
What this means in detail, and if regular Turbo owners also get Lagoon, we have to see later.

However, eveyone can apparently play Lagoon for free tonight in the channel.
For this your Maniaplanet client of course needs to be updated to the version 4.

the thing is, at least here in germany....that demo isnt on uplay, uplay store tells...get it on steam...while steam does not have my turbo so it is a mess, no real deal just too much..go here, go there, do this, wont work that

would you have wanted to do customers a real favor it would have been less complicated which makes my decisiosn easy to do not buy and just forget that all.

not true, I got it in Uplay and I'm in Germany as well.
However, I know that some people have it and some don't. Why, I can't tell. It was also the case for the Turbo demo.
