A full explanation: To create illumination, one has to have two files: The detailsdiffuse.dds, as well as the detailsillum.dds. They're copies of one another, with the caveat that the illum.dds only displays what parts are to be lit. And, of course, this can be edited at will. However, I don't know how you create custom properties of brake-lights and such, like has been done here. :-? It's probably inherent in the model...

Black (#000000) parts in the alpha channel of the DetailsIllum.dds light up under braking.

Moin,
Trackmaniack wrote::1010 I'm with Luke on this one...I'll pay whatever it takes to get it. one suggestion though...could you also make a version with straight black tires? I'm kinda torn on the orange... other than that, this is the -best- car I've ever seen.
to avoid any missunderstanding, I didn´t create the car from scratch. I´ve just used the stock NADEO stadium car, changed the wheel rim to my liking, added a damage model and messed about with the texture maps. That´s all.

I hope this suits your taste.

Agree, totally with this--but as for the helmet damage...is there a way to do it without making it deform? A deformed driver's head would look a little funny...
