Looks promising , but lets hope they integrate it into the game somehow!

- One pause menu could have all together in one menu. So if menu has many detail options but are well gruoped, it works maybe better than minimal menus and go different places to adjust
So through one menu you could find all options and always check there if you need to adjust something. Crosshair: esc > profile > set crosshair. Resolution: esc > video > set, etc and all are there or something.

OR one extra idea could be also buddy page, similar to xbox dashboard. could access there: esc > buddy > page opens and can manage buddys and see their status, player skin, etc what they are doing:

But no important for me and probably too hard to do, but some cool graphic extras could maybe make MP mainstream cool feel style.
I dont know about coding and dont know how hard is things, but sometimes it feels some smaller things, like using cool font in "attack/defend" etc, colour combinations and what shades of colours etc, can make things look cooler even tho still small details

I think Nadeo doesn't have Scaleform to create epic UI.

But they can make it minimalistic, I dont like the current bling-bling style of titles main menu. The old 'helicopter view of Canyon' looked epic, while the present one is just ugly.

Also, Nadeo could create an environment in the skin menu so you would see this:

Ofc someone else would do the environment because I suck at mapmaking.

Atually I stolen over 10 private skins from cache so this "sharing" is nothing for me .

The car selection also could look different, it's old style now.

Edit: you suggest crosshair showroom, but keep in mind that trackmania players dont have crosshairs over their cars, do they? Same with "rail" accuracy and longest "shot". Btw, for what laser accuracy? Laser is most shitty weapon in whole sm (trilaser does itself).
