I had a cool idea btw ( but maybe its already done so dont kill me ) :
What about unlocking a VERY SPECIAL thing when you finish all 200 tracks with medals?

For example a totally badass car if u finish all maps with gold medals.
Or a golden car if u get all gold medals
A silver car if u get all silver medals

Less cool but also fun :
Some crazy stickers like "Like a Boss" "Im the man" "Finished The Campaign" "GOLDEN BOII"
A tag
Something visual on the scoreboard so everybody knows you're a good player
Some crazy antenna on your car with a flag on it
...


This , and only this, would make me get all those golden medals and finish the campaign. No reward = No campaign for me... Just saiyan...
